This food is delicious! The staff here is so amazing, never before have I gone to a restaurant regularly and had the server remember my previous orders. He knows my tastes now! I like to switch things up, so he can usually recommend something delicious for me to try. The food comes out incredibly fast and it is very fresh!

Ambiance- the interior was covered in Chinese wall decorations, and they all had labels indicating that they were for sale. I don't know about you but it seems strange to sell items that are already decorating your walls. The tables were clean but the padding on the seats was torn and patched over with green duct tape, a little messy. Also they offer very few sauces on the table and had no sauce dishes. Service- there seemed to be only one waiter in the eating area. However, we came in an hour before closing time and so we got served fairly quickly. I worry, though, about how they fare in more crowded times. The waiter was very energetic and pleasant to us, and chatted with us without being overbearing. Food- we got pho (noodle soup) and an iced milk Vietnamese coffee. We could customize the sweetness level of the coffee, a big plus. However, the glass of coffee was 50% ice! Though the flavor was nice, it became watery very quickly. The pho was VASTLY different from that which I can find in California. In California, the beef is always thinly sliced and the noodle broth is very clear. Here the beef is chopped into little chunks and the broth is heavily spiced (I tasted cinnamon?) and darker. It is certainly an acquired taste! Also their onion was thickly chopped and had too strong of a flavor. Overall-not the worst pho I have eaten, but by far not the best. The food is a bit cheaper than the food in California but not really to my taste.

I was excited to see a Pho place in Klamath Falls but was ultimately disappointed with the atmosphere, service, and the food. Our waiter was overbearing, intrusive, and made us feel uncomfortable. Every door featured a sign requesting no photos to be taken. I can understand no photos of the staff, for privacy reasons, but no photos of the interior? No photos of the food? I'm sure the food would have been fine if I didn't have food intolerances. Usually I can eat pho but this kind was very different. With just one bite, I knew I would be sick if I ate any more. I wouldn't recommend eating here. If you really want to try it, you're better off getting it to go.

Food is horrible with terrible service to match. I ordered beef pho, they had the wrong type of noodle and beef jerky in the bowl! My friend had seafood stir fried noodle, it was greasy and overlooked. The worst part is the service, we asked for an extra plate, and the server REFUSED to give us another plate since they don't do family style, whatever that means. To say the least, I will not be back !

Not terrible, but far from authentic. There aren't chop sticks on the tables or the typical pepper sauces, and they don't bring them with the meal. Huge menu and friendly staff, but the owner was a bit pushy. He may have intended to be helpful in sorting through the menu, but he came across as a know it all. I ordered a curry soup. It was nicely spicy, but very very sweet. The veggies were fresh, but there were not many and the tofu was tough/old and deep fried. It tasted like overly sweet Asian fast food for Americans. The "art" on the walls and on the front counter was cluttered and for sale, which is odd, and the prices were crazy high ($899) - which indicates to me how much of a joke they think their customers are. Overall eatable, but I will not go back.

Our family enjoys a meal here occasionally. We would visit more often if we did not enjoy preparing our own meals at home. The owner is always there and remembers what we had on the last visit even if it had been a few months. He makes suggestions for us and encourages us to try new items on each visit. We rarely open the menu and have always been pleasantly surprised with the meals. I recommend describing what you like including level of spicy and let yourself be treated to a surprise. The seating is indoors and there the view is the attraction. Enjoy the meal and company who you are with. Note that there are some images posted of a white building which was when the restaurant was at the old location. The new location is more strip mall like on Washburn Way.

We were in town for an Air National Guard exercise and after flying our missions, we would come in for some Spring rolls and Pho. The Spring rolls were decent and the Pho is as good as we have in Oahu and Chicago. Our server was very friendly and attentative. We were not familiar with Vietnamese food and he steered us to some delicious dishes. We're looking forward to returning to Klamath Falls on another deployment so we can visit here again!

Excellent Pho! I read some of the reviews and some were off based on my experience here. I am a traveler who wandered in, trying to keep to a healthy diet on the road. The server was super friendly and upon my request happily added asian greens to my soup! Just the way this picky girl likes it. The broth you can tell was homemade and made with love. It's all about the broth

Finally I found a place in K Falls that didn't make me want to embrace bulimia. The service is excellent, and extremely friendly. I had Pho Pork and Pho Beef. Beef was a little chewy, but it's a hard art to master. The pork was perfectly tender. Would have preferred a few fewer onions and more noodles, but that comes down to taste. My main bitch is that the only source of extra spice was Sriracha sauce. No hot chili oil, no red pepper. Still not to shabby. May be the only place in town my stomach won't mutiny against me and send itself out my asshole. Update: finding out this guy makes fat jokes makes me like this place even more.

This was our first visit to Pho Hong and we will definitely be back. I love good pho and, as a new arrival to the area, was surprised to find a Vietnamese restaurant in KFalls. The menu is extensive. I had the chicken and vegetable pho that was wonderful on many levels: enough chicken, good balance of veg, topped with sprouts and cilantro. The broth was a great combination of sweet and savory. It was the right size too...I don't like to take food home from restaurants. My only two suggestions are to offer all the pho dishes in two sizes and less spicy...you can always add more heat for those who like it.

I've been coming here for the past two years. During the months of September and October, my SO eats here at least once a week. We are definitely regulars. I'm really surprised by some of the comments complaining about the service. That is actually one of my favorite parts of this restaurant. They know my SO by sight and remember what his favorite order is. I've stopped reading the menu at all. I tell our waiter what I'm in the mood for - noodles or rice, pork or chicken, lots of veggies, and he comes up with a suggestion. The food is good, and I always have enough for another meal the next day. There aren't many options in Klamath Falls, so if you're tired of steakhouses and pizza, I would highly suggest this place!

Unbelievably horrible customer service! Not to mention im pregnant. I ordered my appetizer wasnt even sitting there 10 minutes waiter came up to me atleast 5 times and told me to hurry up and order i take to long. When my appetizer came he snatched the menu out of my hands was extremely rude i asked why does it matter how long i take I've never been here. He then pushed me out of my seat! And told me to get out. I saidi will gladly leave u are extremely rude. Than all the workers came from the vavk and started yelling at me. Unbelievable people there! Wasnt even sitting for 10 minutes and they acted like that and he kept trying to put his hands on me! Never in my life have i experienced a place like this!

I have ate Pho around the country and this place is amazing. The owner is always helpful and the food is amazing. I see several reviews on here about the food or service. Don't believe. THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS.

The decor here is clashing. If you look down it looks like an American restaurant. But if you look up it looks like a Chinese restaurant. I have problems with the service. $1 for extra plates/bowls?!?!???!?!?!!!!?!??!? Not cool. They also don't want some pictures on Yelp so they put a sign that says "No Pictures." The waiter joked around a lot (that's okay) but I think he was eavesdropping. However, he saved me from ordering a dish I wouldn't like. The fried rice I ordered (I REALLY like fried rice!) was okay but didn't have that much spice.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. First I read reviews for this place and was weary but we went anyway. My sister, her daughter and I went for lunch. It was completely empty. I went to use the restroom and when I came back my sisters face was red and looked like she was about to cry. When seating my sister, she asked for a booth. The waiter asked if she can fit in the booth. She said of course. He asked her if she can get out of the booth because she was fat. I come out and she tells me what happened. I told her lets leave because they don't deserve our money but she was embarrassed and didn't want to cause waves. Later when I confronted him and his reputation on yelp of fat jokes, his reply was you can't please everyone. I hate writing bad reviews but the service was horrible and the food (pho and spring rolls) vaguely resemble Vietnamese. The only way to teach someone who is unapologetic a lesson is to hit them in the pocket book. I do not recommend going here.

Clean, fast, neat as a pin. This is a nice little Vietnamese restaurant. I'm not very familiar with Vietnamese food other than pho so the waiter/owner guided me through the menu. He asked a few questions about meat, heat, noodle type, veggies, etc and said "We will make you a perfect dish" He brought out a well prepared pork dish on lo mein noodles, the right amount of spicy, and a load of veggies. It was just what I wanted. The service was very attentive. I wish this place were not 2200 miles from my home. I would be a regular if it were nearby.

We were passing through and wanted to try this restaurant. Upon entering I wanted to take a photo of the restaurant name. One of the waitress came out the door (with a rude attitude) and said "you can't take a picture". We went in anyways but got put off by the rude treatment so we walked out. I give it no stars!!! I'm hurt by the way they treated us. There were 8 of us they just lost business because of their company's "no picture" policy.

Clean. Decoration was nice. Worst pho ever and I eat a lot of pho in my lifetime. We ordered 2 different types of pho and neither tasted like pho. The beef was extremely tough. Ice coffee tasted like sugar and sweetener were added. $3 for an extra bowl for a 1 yr. old because there is no sharing of food. Kids pho bowl had about one bite of noodle for my other kids. After one bite they asked me where their noodle was. Never coming back here ever again!

This was my favorite place to eat at while I was in Klamath Falls. I went several time and love everything to the point that when I would go there, I would have the owner choose the meal for me. I was always very satisfied with the food. Very friendly, clean, and delicious food.

Consistently perfect. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years now and I have yet to have one bad or subpar meal. I love this restaurant and hope that my children's children's children will be able to eat here. Top notch.

Love this place , been 2 months since I've been in and the guy remembered what I like. A two meal, meal. I have never been able to finish the whole thing. Chicken in black bean sauce on fried rice is out of this world. If your not sure what you want just talk the owner for a minute and he will make some spot on recommendations. Over the years I have tried other things he has recommended, that have all been good, but always return to the original black bean chicken. Always fast friendly service. Highly recommend!

Tried to have a birthday celebration for my daughter's sixteenth birthday at this place, since it is where she wanted. NEVER again. We were treated very rudely. The service was terrible, the food was marginal, and the atmosphere was so tense because the staff stood by staring at our group the whole time we were there. I could keep going with the details of our evening, to summarize the experience I have to say in all of my life I have never had a worse experience eating out. I don't care if the food is the best ever and they gave it away for free, I wouldn't recommend it, and I will never be back.

I am really not sure why the food is described as Vietnamese. You won't find Banh xeo, Cao lau, Rau muong, Banh khot or any familiar Vietnamese dishes on the menu.... Instead you will find the menu to be very similar to your average Chinese restaurant.... With that said, the food is VERY good and the menu is varied enough so that there are plenty of choices for anyone to enjoy. The service here is pretty good. The waiter seems a almost too friendly, but he never comes off as creepy, he just spends a lot of time schmoozing at the table, which isn't really a bad thing.... I really like the way the place is decorated. There are lots of plastic gold cats and paper lanterns and ribbons..... it is a very colorful and cheerfully designed place. I will eat here again :)

We were turned away with a party of 5 because they were closing in 15 minutes. My parents had driven 12 hours. It's nice when a place just wants your business and makes you feel welcome. Not here.

Okay! Delicious Vietnamese food in Klamath Falls. Who'da thought? Chef had "Combo Pho" and loved it. I had red curry chicken and it was hot, fast, delicious, correctly spiced. The portions are HUGE. The owner is a chatty guy, making suggestions and talking up his restaurant. Good for him. It's the real deal. The menu is enormous, and we'll probably try half of it before we're out of KFalls. Totally recommend them.

Excellent Vietnamese and Asian food at its best. I have eaten here numerous times and the food never disappoints. Friendly staff and prices. In my opinion, one the top five restaurants in K Falls

This is a Vietnamese restaurant and own by Vietnamese owner but it doesn't taste like vietnamese food. I order fish clay pot, it looks like onion soup with pineapple and old frozen catfish. The seafood combo was over cook and dry,it taste salty and sour. The foods taste very weird and funny. I have eat alot of Vietnamese foods but never taste like this time. Very disappoint.... It might have been a little better if I order the "Pho"? The service is not bad. It cost extra $ 1 for a plate or a bowl.

1st time here. I had the beef curry noodles for lunch. Very tasty, just the right amount of spice. The service was very good too. The portion was a little too big for lunch, I couldn't finish it. They have probably 80 choices on the menu, so everyone should be able to find something they like. Check this place out, K Falls!

Terrific food with plenty of vegetarian options. I generally ask the waiter to have the cook prepare something for me as if I were "just off the boat" from Viet Nam and I've never been disappointed.

Gave it a try because my friends say it's good. I went in and ordered a lemongrass noodle soup with ham and pork in it. They said they don't have the noodle soup same with everywhere else so they brought me a bowl of lemongrass noodle soup with the large pieces of beef and they had no flavor in it and that's it. So disappointed. Never come back
